Welcoming spirit of the Spectacle Warehouse Hillfox Team
I am honestly impressed with the impeccable service my wife & I received from Spectacle Warehouse (Hillfox). Always welcoming and makes you feel at home. No question is to big or small and explaining the procedures have always been so simple, though I must admit we had a lot of questions. After sales services was welcoming and going back for technical assistance with either the frame or getting used to a new pair of reading glasses was met with patience and a friendly smile,

20/20 for Spectacle Warehouse Hillfox
My son’s glasses broke (that were from another Optometrist). They had to be fixed urgently, as he only has a 20cm range. We went to Spectacle Warehouse at Hillfox the Saturday morning. We spoke to Michael, who took the glasses to the back and then came and explained what he would try do. We went back 40 minutes later and Michael couldn’t stop apologising, as he couldn’t fix them. He was doing us a favour and certainly didn’t need to apologise. He showed us ‘more affordable ’ frames and we found the perfect pair. Michael went above and beyond to give us the best price and fit the lenses in 10 minutes. His kindness and helpfulness were exceptional. I cannot thank him and them enough for the exceptional service. I will ensure all family members go there from now on and highly recommend them. Thanks again!

Hillfox Spectacle Warehouse are Tops
Very Impressed with Spectacle Warehouse Hillfox. I recently got new spectacles at this branch. The frame was not right for my face. It didn't fit properly and caused my face to steam up in the heat. I went back to Spectacle Warehouse where I was assisted by Michael. He helped me to find a frame that suits my face and bridge shape. The lenses were remade to fit the new frame at no charge. I can honestly recommend this branch, and Michael really went out of his way to help me.
