Speak to your customers!!

At first I was very impressed with their service, but being promised your spectacles in 4 to seven days, and phoning on day seven to hear the lenses are only expected another three days later, and no feedback until you call again AND then the person who can answer is on lunch, and when phoning back again - to find out that they are waiting for the supplier and are unable to give an expected delivery date - THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.
