Poor customer services

Poor customer service at Spectacle Warehouse Bellville. After so many years of buying my contact lenses from them. I had a problem. I lost my one contact lens at work and did not have my glasses at work so I can't see. I phoned them to ask please if you can give me a trial lens so that I can see but they just phoned back and said sorry. That's now after I placed an order for a new pack of lenses that I will only get during next week.
