Pathetic service at Spectacle warehouse hillfox

The service at Spectacle warehouse hillfox is extremely poor more so from the reception area. I have been in consultation with them since the 12 November and multiple times as a customer have to keep following up with them, they do not get back to you even though they take messages. The past three weeks the service has reached pathetic levels just down right non responsive. I have been trying to get feedback on my daughter's contact lenses that needed to be ordered two weeks back for a trial pair to be adjusted and I am unable to reach the optometrist Jaco nor get an update despite leaving multiple messages. I will be taking my business elsewhere as it is evident that they do not need the business nor have any interest on improving the customer service. They certainly do not understand what customer lifetime value means until they reach levels where they have no customers. I will not be liable for any costs incurred during this period.
