good and bad

<p>I went to the branch In Hillfox last week to fix my glasses and there was a lady with long black that was sitting in reception she was very rude it made me feel unwelcome so I turned around and went to another lady she was sitting there right by the entrance door and she was so helpfull firstly she greeted me like if im a important man and then she askes how can she assist so i told her my story and 2sec later he fixed my glasses now im not complaning im just trying to say that the rude one should be more like the nice one otherwise you will be losing clients i was really at a point that i will never go back there but that one girl changed my mood about the place is not the place its the peolpe there... sorry dear if I forgot your name (the black lady who is sitting by the entrance door your a star)</p>
