Cannot make a pair of spectacles correctly

I cannot recommend spectacle warehouse, they have demonstrated their lack of knowledge and technical expertise when they had to remake my new pair of glasses 5 times and still could not deliver a good pair of spectacles. The only upside with dealing with spectacle warehouse is that the staff are friendly and that saved them from a one star rating. But ultimately they refunded me all fees and a set of frames. i have lost many hours of my time running to the store and doing countless fittings and measurements. only for them to keep getting it wrong. i would suggest going elsewhere to find a optometrist who are competent and have better knowledge than spectacle warehouse.
