Accounts paid by Medical Aid now requesting funds after 11 Months

<p>I receive a sms from the Spectacle Warehouse adviseing my account is outstanding after 11 Months I went for an eye test and lenses on 19 January 2016 sent all to my medical aid and I were confirmed all in order. as of 24 February 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>After receiving sms today 16 November 2016 I immediately called Spectacle Warehouse and a very unopleasant and disrespectfull lady , Chanelle advised i owe the money as medical aid didn't pay and they have tried to contact me. I am pedantic when it comes to accounts and will immediately settle should I legitimately own funds. I was told that they did advise me and sent post which ironically I did not received even though I go to the post office weekly and apparently left messages on my phone. ( BTW , my vioce mail is disabled?) as I alway return calls. I can also confirm that I hgave had no emails received over the last 10 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to inform the management / Owner of the disrespectful nature of Chanelle as well as fidn out how after 10 months you now request funds after I were advised all were in order by the same lady on 24 February 2016 ???? </p> <p> </p> <p>Please kindly put in writing and kindly send my written corresponfddance of why my medical aid did not settle my account . BTW , I paid CASH for my eye test to ensure I make use of the currect special at that time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will report this also to my medical aid how I have been treated by one of their service providers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
