Absolutely the word customer service ever!!!

The staff is ***********, they don’t know the products and really don’t do much to improve. They are not interested in helping you in the shop at all. From giving incorrect information to ordering the wrong lenses and not giving feedback. I for one will never make use of Spectacle Warehouse ever again!!!! I gave them more chances to improve but after the 4th time I stormed out their door fuming, I decided NEVER again!!!
