Absolutely Disgusted!!!

Went for spectacles and they did not have my desired frame in stock. I made it clear that I am changing Medical Aids by a certain date and if I fail to process my claim by a specific date, I will have to wait for a year. This was about a month prior to the change. I decided on a frame and they committed to having it there in a few days, 3- 5 days. After about 2-3 weeks I phone asking what is going on and I get told orders did arrive but I need to give them time to see if my frames was part of the order/in the box. Apparantly the box has been there for a few days but they do not have time to unpack... Again, they will phone me back in a day. A few days later still no phone call. I then again phone them in pannic when they then say it will be there in 6 weeks. Direct quote "these ****** suppliers...". I said it is best I go to another optometrist but they then phoned back 2 days later saying they found a frame at another store and it will be there in 2 - 3 days and that I must no stress. I agreed as it will be there 2 days prior to me moving my Medical Aid. Instead of 2-3 days, they phone me back more than 2 weeks later saying it arrived. I asked why it took almost 3 weeks and they then deny ever saying that they found at another shop. I explained my situation and that due to this I that I am considering not going back to them ever again and they simply say, it's fine and hangs up the phone. Not once did I scream, insult or swear yet all you get from them is this raw don't care attitude.

Ongoing empty promises landed me with old spectacles for another year. They also used/claimed my only eye test that I had available. Thank you Spectacle Warehouse Lifestyle Centre. Your service is not poor, it is absolutely disgusting and appalling!!!
