A pleasure to deal with

My spectacles developed ring marks right in my field of vision. I took them to Spectacle Warehouse and was so grateful to be assisted by the friendliest and most helpful staff. There was a problem with the anti-glare layer and they said they would replace my lenses free of charge.<br> The person who helped me (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) treated me with the utmost respect. He promised to keep me updated with the progress. They had a problem with their lens cutter due to load-shedding and phoned me saying it would take a little longer. <br> When I went to collect my glasses, I was greeted by name and offered a refreshment. Not only did they ensure my glasses were perfect but they threw in a new glasses case and cleaning cloth.<br> I've been a customer of theirs for years and their professional service has only improved over time.<br> <br> Thank you and well done :)
