Outstanding Spectacles and Poor Communication – Spectacle Hut

Worst experience ever.I took my son for an eye test at Spectacle Hut on 30 January. To date, I have still not received his spectacles. I have had to call the store repeatedly for updates, as there has been no proactive communication from their side. Each time I call, I am told that the lab takes two weeks to deliver, even though the lab is located in Polokwane. This explanation has not been clear or reassuring. It is extremely frustrating as my son requires his glasses for daily activities, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience. As a customer, I expect clear communication and reasonable turnaround times, especially when dealing with a child’s vision. I request urgent clarification on when the spectacles will be ready for collection and an explanation for the delay. I trust that management will address this matter promptly.
