S.P.C.C is useless Never order from them directly

I ordered a pair of Jeans about 2 weeks ago. When I received them, they were too small. Their sizing is definately an issue and now I am struggling to return them for an exchange to a bigger size. They have a stupid ticketing system that clearly doesn't work. The jeans are still with me haven't been collected on top of being told I have to pay to send them back.

Heinrich William Stevens is useless at resolving this issue. I am getting ****mer vibes from these guys and I am positive I will get the run around from them.

I am never buying anything from them again. Appauling aftersales service!!!
