Billed double
Hi,can somebody help I went to purchase few items at SPCC mooiriver mall Potchefstroom, I really don’t know what happened on the cashier s side she mistakenly happened to bill me twice and I was using my Payflex account. Can someone who knows how to reverse this transaction help me cause instore they don’t know how to reverse and the guy who was helping me he did his best to help me but he did not win. I need to use my Payflex urgently. Thank you in advance

Poor Service
Bought items online which were not suitable. Went to their Eastgate branch to return but the 2 consultants said they can not do refunds because their store is trading on a minus, they did not make sales for the day. Sent an email to their head office, it's been 2 weeks no response. I only got the automated responses acknowledging the email
