I've become a DEBT COLLECTOR for my Refund

I'm shocked to learn that S.P.C.C has not invested in the training of their STAFF and STORE MANAGEMENT. I bought clothes for my son on Thursday at their Gateway Branch using payjust now. The cashier didn't even know how to complete a sale using payjust now. The very same day, I returned the pool slides as they were small. Request for the refund, cashier didn't know how to do it. Again MANAGEMENT (Kwanele) had to assist him. Went back yesterday KWANELE said they had done it, it will reflect later in the day. Up to now its not done. I've become a DEBT COLLECTOR for my own money. Even the support department didn't even offer any further assistance but referred me to the branch yet they don't know what they are doing. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed with the manner that my refund is being handled.
