I've ordered and paid for clothes from he said company, few days later when I tried tracking my order I couldn't get a hold of them. Long story short I decided to ask for a refund but was told it takes 14 days to reflect in my account. After going through reviews I feel these people won't pay me my money back

Unfortunately we can not upload proof of payments to the Hello Peter platform due to security reasons.
Please allow a couple of days for the refund to reflect in your account.
