Why charge the customer extra

This company a car wash finds it necessary to ****** an extra R10 ontop of a very expensive car wash under the pretense that it is sanitizing your car post washing it. Most companies do not charge any thing extra for sanitization ie restaurants, airplanes etc etc. why should we support business that rides on the back of covid and charges extra for something like ensuring they give you back a covid free car after washing it inside and out. My feeling is why should that be an extra charge, seems to be another company trying to ride the wave of making extra money in this very tough time for everyone. Lets support businesses that dont take advantage of the situation.
