Unprofessional Service At Hazyview Branch

I must mention that your Hazyview branch must be the worst and most unprofessional and mismanaged branch of all. Compared to your Nelspruit branch which is excellent, the Hazyview one is far below par.

The branch doesn't seem to operate according to set times and some week days they are even closed the whole day. The service is really unprofessional and the cars are not washed as properly as Nelspruit branch for example.

Inside windows are also a neglected oart of cleaning and it seems the branch is not really interested in business.

Most days you find they are already clised at sometimes 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Especially on weekends they clise very early. Sometimes at 12.

Seeing their excessively high pricing structure the service should ve much better than this.

I recently visited the car wash on a Friday afternoon taking time off work to wash my car. I arrived at Sparkling car wash at 15:30. There were 2 cars in the washing bay and two outside. I stopped behind those two cars in queue. At 15:45 to my surprise the washing bay doors were closed while I was still in the queue waiting.

I left my car there and went to the reception to ask exactly what time they were closing and I was told 16:00. I told them I was there at 15:30 and that the wasing bay closed at 15:45.

The reaction was a shoulders up and "if we don't close early we will still wash after 16:00".

To my understanding a business properly managed stay ooen until the given time and assist customers until that given time. Or am I wrong.

The way this branch is managed I can see that it would be very successful and it seems they won't stay in business for long.

We need it to be managed with the same effert than Nelspruit branch is managed.
