Theft

I took my car in for repairs at one of the branchs in Amanzinoti , Durnban. I took the vehicle in on monday and was told I woul get the vehicle on Wednesday.

Unfortunately for me it was not ready and he explained that the guy that needed to do some of the work was off sick and i would get it Thursday, Thursday i called to check and was told at 15:00 it would be ready, at 15:00 when i went there it waas not ready and he said they could not get the paint or blending work right soi i should come back tomorrow.

I asked that they pick me up tomorrow at 12:00pm of which they did but at 13:30.

I got the vehicle all clean and ready . I had left my cellphone in the armrest in the car , the cellphone was ****** . I went to report this to the guys today after i noticed the phone is not there yesterday as i needed to take it in for repairs.

The response i got from the guy was that they had alot of customers complain about things going missing in there cars, its a pity how as a client each time I am to take my car for a wash or repairs i must brace myself for something to go missing.

Im still to await the outcome of this from the repair center. Its sad how the theft is being over looked and as a customer i feel like its more of a you left a valuable in the car our workers stole it now deal with it.
