sparkling auto waterford Bad service

I am still grieving from my experience. I paid for a part that was first over priced by manufacturer and iaccoreing to them never delivered On top of the delay they are refusing to refund claiming they ordered but cannot find it with so much stories that don’t makes sense . .they are very great to talking to you until your money is in their hands, they are trying to swindle me and ignore my refund
