SPARKLING AUTO MONTANA STOLE MY WHEEL ARCH

I am so very disappointed with the service I received at Sparkling Auto Montana at cnr Zambezi Road and Veronica Street. I took my Toyota Hilux for scratch and dent at the front bumper which Tian Strydom confirmed it will be done in 3 days however 2 weeks passed and every time I phoned he keeps promising that "by this afternoon" I will get my car back so I decided on the 15th December to go in check what's going on with my car , when I arrived with my family, my car was parked there and when I do inspection I saw that my car's right wheel arch was tempered with and Tian Strydom who was very very rude stole my car's back wheel arch which was new and clean and gave to his fellow friend, he the put in his friend wheel arch which was broken, cracked and dirty to my car, I could not get my car back regardless that he knew that I wanted to use my car to travel by the 17th Dec. after long and so frustrating battle, he managed to get my wheel arch back which was not even supposed to be touched in the first place. He took advantage that I am a black woman. Tian is very disrespectful and full of nonsense
