Sparkling auto care Somerset West. Terrible.

Bad bad service Somerset West. Where to start. Had some chip marks and a damaged bumper to repair. Was quoted to do this and told it would take 4 days. Went to collect on day 4 and only the bumper was done. Not the hood or the roof. Had to wait because car was not cleaned. On inspection there was over spray. Even the masking tape was not removed. Took the car back for the remainder of the work to be done. The borrowed me a car. Syddenly the invoice was different. Had to fight this and to get the bonnet done. Again the car was not ready in time and now the carpets are wet. Car smells like mold. They gave me a voucher for a wash. Would need a vallet to clean properly. On inspection they polished the car and not all the chip marks were treated. The bumper repair that was done in now polished and looks good. The other side of the bumper where there were no damage were not sprayed so the one side looks good and the other side is full of chip marks. When I asked they said they will quote for that. Would think if you repair a bumper at R2850 that they would spray the complete bumper. Just logical to me. I would not recommend these people. Go spend your well earned money somewhere else.
