SPARKLING AUTO CARE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

First of all my experience with Sparkling auto care has been bad and dissapointing from day one, from montana to rustenburg, there service is with out a doubt the worse, they simply do not care about you or your car in all aspects, all they care about is your hard earned money, i took my vehicle in for a headlight restoration at there sparkling branch in rustenburg, and to no surprise they had damaged my bumper and headlamps, and trust me when they say they have trained there employees it's all a lie, so to keep things short, they deny the damage and said it wasn't them, after fighting amd fighting for months, we came to an agreed amount to fix the damaged bumper amd headlamps, it's been almost a month and they have not honored the agreed settlement between myself and the person i was dealing with natasha, and another lady called nash-leigh, and to this day they ignore my emails, phone calls and messages, and when i do get hold of anyone of them i am bombarded with shouting, screaming and being disrespected, they come up with excuses after excuses after excuses, no matter how i approach this, both ladies are simply impossible to talk to, arrogant, and just plain rude in all sense, so again refrain from taking your car there and wasting your hard earned money, check reveiws on any of there branches and you will see that majority of the reviews are negative, rightfully so.
