Sparkling Arbor Crossing

Sparkling the Arbor Crossing branch has certainly lost its sparkles. The foam/soap they use is more watery than soapy. Its really not worth my R100 charge fee. Sparkling has a very good procedure in car wash but I think its the poor managment thats letting the business down.
