Shocking Shocking - Not Sparkling

Shocking service, took my Merc in 2x for a quote for some chips on the paint work, bumper repair, lights renewed, full valet. This took 4 days to do, I was not worried, upon collecting my car the bumper had bubbles from the paint, the chips had not been repaired, the lights had been done but they scratched the car when they did this, black paint on my bonnet etc....the list is endless. I needed my car so I complained and they said they would fix all the issues. I had to take the car back on Monday - I have just collected it again after not having it for 3 days this time. It is shocking, I don't know what to say....They are now saying that they can fix it but for and extra R15000.00 are they mad??????
