Poor Valley Services - Sparkling auto care Centre

I Kutloano Jane, went to Sparkling Auto Care Centres in Rooihuiskraal Centurion and I had the worst car valley services ever. Our care went in for an interior valley clean at 7am on a Monday morning 24th March 2021, around 4pm they called me to come and collect the car, it was soaking wet and they told us to leave the windows open, fine we kept them open for two days and now th car smells bad due to the water staying on the Capet and seats for long, there was still a visible stain on the seat and one of the air vents still had some dust. We took it back on Thursday (three days later) in the morning and my mom had to stay behind to keep an eye on them to see if they would do a perfect job, my mom ended up being the advisor on how they can come up with a solution to clean the driver seat air vent, 5 hours later the car was still slightly damp and smelled worse. After 4 visits to the branch trying to get the help I need, we still have the odour problem. Today I took my dad with for his help throughout the process ( our 5th visit) they claim not to smell anything and when we asked a random guy from the street to smell the car, he said it does smell damp. An altercation broke loose and words were thrown from both parties, due to the poor service and we were told we will still not be refunded our money so that we can get the problem fixed elsewhere. They claim that the smell isn’t from their services and that there is only so much they can do.

I will never support that company ever again!
