Interior not cleaned or vacuumed at all

I visited Woodlands Mall today and noticed the Car-wash business, the location made it very convenient to have my car cleaned whilst visiting the mall. My attention was quickly drawn to the bold statements on the company signage in front. - "Voted best car wash in Pretoria". Which 'in my mind' made me justify the above-average price that I had to pay for a wash.

I explained that we recently moved to the area and would make use of their services if the claims are true that they are the best car wash in Pretoria. Expecting to have our vehicle washed and cleaned by such a reputable company, we had no problem paying R120 for a standard wash and clean (wash outside, clean and vacuum inside). Please note, our vehicle is a single cab Chevrolet Utility bakkie which is half the size of a standard vehicle that needs to be cleaned and vacuumed on the inside, since they didn't clean at the back (inside the canopy).

As soon as I got home (before 5pm) I saw small areas that were still dirty. I didn't think much of it at first and thought that it was only due to the car wash being so busy. But when I started to unpack all my belongings into the car, I then only realised the extent of the problem. The various storage compartments inside and the carpets (which I have pics of) were not vacuumed or cleaned to a satisfactory standard....or at all. A piece of a Steers salt packet (which we had for lunch) can clearly be seen behind the seat. I expected much more for the price I paid, especially from the "best car wash in Pretoria". Not to mention the size of the interior, which required much less time and labour.

What a waste of money..... Employees are friendly, (except when a water bottle hit me on my shoulder while ******* was being thrown out of vehicles, but accidents happen). However, they should not over promise and under deliver.
