I took my Audi for cleaning @ hazyview, the attendant app**** liquid to the roof lining, making my roof lining fall from the roof. I reported to the manager who at first gave me the assurance that if it doesn't come alright, I should bring it back. I went back to report to her that it didn't come alright, she asked me to bring quotations, now she seems to be saying it's not their fault that my roof lining is in a mess.
