I REGRET TAKING MY CAR TO THIS CHOP SHOP.

My car was sent to "SPARKLING SILVERTON" for driver side and passenger door strip and respray and complete car buff..

The car was left there Monday 8th as the car would be ready by Friday 12th and in 100% condition as per the kind lady . I was then told to collect the car today at 16h30 as there was some issues with the paint (Already 2 days post the original delivery date.

It seemed a bit strange as the kind lady went to check up on the car upstairs we were waiting for 30min. We decided to walk up and go see for ourselves.

There was a crowd of workers standing around the car and on closer inspection i see the paint was damaged, additional scratches on the car on the passenger side door.

The CREW was trying their best to cover up the shady workmanship and wanted to give me a lame excuse. BS ! handles discolored, window covered in overspray and and and

They quoted R6000 for this ****.

When speaking to the :MANAGER" he said he wants to see the jobcard first (none of my F______G business). I am now without a car for 9 days. Stranded and when i asked for a courtesy car the TOP DOG MANAGER told me "No its not part of the contract" Well done on service there "SPARKLING"

They were trying to ascertain what went wrong and me standing there thinking "WHO the F_____K cares, get it done"

Being furious i just stormed off, stranded. Not forgetting I needed to use UBER all week last week and now possibly this week as well cause SPARKLING do not owe their customers anything other than F____G their cars up.
