I am disgusted with the service with the administrative personnel!

I am disgusted with the service with the administrative personnel at "Sparkling Auto Care Centre Hazeldean"!

Cobi was excellent in helping me with a quote for dents and scratches (even during his lunch break). Quote done and dusted in 10 minutes BUT THEN it takes more than 3 days for the administrative personnel to email the quote. Why?...

Calling the administrative personnel (not receptionist at the front desk) does not make it any better. The phone rings forever and when they do pick up the phone, there is no friendliness on the other side of that call. Just excuses! Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience”, just a stubborn “Hello”.

If not being short listed with my Insurance company and Cobi, I would never go there! You, admin lady on the other side of the phone, good luck getting ahead in your career treating customers like you do.
