Horrible service

My husband brought in his car on saturday for a wash and once they were done he noticed the rubber mats were missing, he asked and no one had an idea what happened to them and was told to come back and went back yesterday only to be told that they were too busy and didnt have time to look for them. Really disappointed, how is it possible that mats would go missing and no one has an idea what happened,just ridiculous!! Never bringing my car there as it shows that next time other things can go missing
