Expensive price for shortcuts

Late last year 2022 I was involved in a accident with my vehicle, I was rear ended , my car went for repair at this particular sparkling branch , they first gave me the run around to get the car to be fixed , so recently in January I took the car in to try and get the boot motor changed as it was not in the qoute to get fixed I came to realize that that they only painted the exterior of the car ( boot , side panels and bumper , they left the parts that get covered by the bumper and boot panels as are , bent and so forth and now it’s even started to rust as they did not repaint the rear internal as they were supposed to , I feel ****** as a client and I would not recommend this branch I paid more than 15k and still they have failed me , they take short cuts or maybe because I’m young they thought they can do such
