Careless& expensive mistake!!

This car wash in Witbank Highveld Mall nearly lost my Audi Q3 today. I went there this morning around 9am and I left the car keys and asked them to do wash and polish costing R270.

2hours later when no one had bothered to call me and inform me to come get my car. I went back thinking they must be done by now; when I got there I paid for the car and when I was supposed to get the keys no one knew where they were!!

After 30 minutes all the employees were arguing blaming each other for losing my car keys. They were eventually found! another customer had them they were given to him by mistake!! I was so annoyed but took my keys and left!

I will never go back there again, they are so disorganized and careless with our cars! Why did they bother to take my cell no yet no one call to let me know my car is ready! Secondly; how can they make a mistake of giving another customer my car keys!! Their careless mistake nearly cost me my car!!
