Car damage at Car Wash, Amanzimtoti, Arbour Crossing

I took my car in for a wash on the 21st of October and they broke my door handle. At first they tried to shift the blame to me saying that I need to understand that my car is not new & stuff may break. They eventually took down my details saying they will try source a handle and then fix the door. That was their way of getting rid of me. More than a month later I contacted them and they **** saying the Manager had spoken to me and he had requested for a VIN number. It was a total lie. I asked for proof of the call and they tried to fool me by sending a Call Log to a random person. I then sent them the VIN number and they responded acknowlegding receipt thereof. Weeks later I contacted them again for an update and they said they were still waiting for me to send them the VIN number. I asked how so because they had previously confirmed having received it. Well, they have disappeared again. It has been 2 full months and these people are still giving me the run around. If you value your car & peace of mind. stay away from Sparkling AutoCare, Amanzimtoti, Arbour Crossing. They are a bunch of pathetic & disgusting *****!!!!
