Bad service and THEFT

I went to Sparkling auto Wonderpark, I was told my car would be ready in 2 days. The day i was supposed to pick up my car I called 2hours before pickup time to confirm if my car would be ready and the man who seems to be the owner of the place confirmed the car will be ready by 17:30. When I got there the car was not ready and was given stories and that I should come back the following day. The owner promised to pick me up the following day at 10am as my car would be ready at that time. My car was only ready at 3pm, no pick up.

Apart from the bad service and missing money, what really shocked me was my missing sunglasses. Who *****s sunglasses?
