BAD BAD SERICE !!!!!!

Woerst Service I ever received. Took a vehicle to Sparkling Care Car wash for a Car Valet on Monday 18th Nov 2019. Problem with the vehicle was that the battery need to be replaced and need to be jump started. Sparkling told me that its no problem they can still continue with the vehicle and gave me Indemnity to sign.

On Tue 19th Nov Sparklinng called me to inform me that they can not get the car started and that I need to bring a new battery. I went and bought a new battery for the vehicle. After I put in the new battery the car still didn'y want to start as a Result of SPARKLING that jumped started the vehicle the incorrct way and blown a few fuses.

After I have replaced the fuses there was fault on the vehicle and we found that they have blown more that fuses and the problem is no in the computer box.

Sparkling Hazeldean does not want to take responsibility now for their mistake as a result that I signed the indemnity BUT the indemnity that I signed is not signed by their useless Branch Manager and accordinly the document is not a legal binding document.
