Why do you make decisions without consultation with the parents

For a school that doesn't endorse scholar transport, i dont understand why the school times were changed. for a parent to be able to pick up a child at 3:30 that means they have to be at their place of work quite early. but thats also not possible because we can only drop off the children at 6:45 and still be stuck in 10-15 min traffic on the Spark Premises. i really love spark but think you can do better with the School times. for most of us we need atleast 30 munites to get to work. atleast allow us to drop off the kids at 6:30 or go back to the 4 oclock knock off times. you know today i dropped off my son at school at 6:30 and he was turned away in this rain. while other kids and teachers kids were allowed in. I am really disappointed. you can do better!
