What accounts department?? Refund

So quick to take our money but no reponce from accounts when we need a refund. I've send multiple emails and tried to call with no reply. The accounts department is sickening and i am now glad i've decided to send my child to another school. I will be contacting my lawyers to assist if i don't recieve any feedback.
