Watch out of SPARK School Termination Clause on Their Online Portal; it's a Trap

I have unfortunately also fallen victim of SPARK Schools pathetic and unprofessional accounts and management system. I only discovered the poor reviews after enrolling my son in 2024 for Gr9 @SPARK Bluedowns Western Cape.

I gave notice that of termination via email that my son will not be returning to SPARK Schools in 2025 as we found a schools elsewhere. I received a response via a ticket system that send me to a link that O need to complete online, only to find that the conditions on the online termination portal aims to trick you into conditions that is not in my initial contract I signed. Despite logging a formal dispute in terms of the SPARK School own dispute mechanism, nobody responded to that dispute. To date I am still receiving accounts statements that I owe the school and despite informing them that I my son no longer attending SPARK Schools, I continue to get ticket replies claiming that my ticket as been resolved, which is clearly not the case.

To parents who will soon regret their enrolment with SPARK Schools, please be extremely careful of their online termination terms. It's different to your initial contract and they try to trap into terms in a sly manner.

Be extremely careful.
