Waiting for a refund since February

App**** for my son in December 2019, I was requested to pay the non refundable application fee and also the first month of fees which will be refunded should my son not be admitted. unfortunately he was never admitted into the school. I requested my refund in February, no one responded to my email then. eventually someone from accounts responded and I was asked to submit some documents and wait 14 days, I submitted the requested documents and 14 days came and passed. Needless to say its now July I have not received my money back and they no longer bother to answer my emails, I've attempted to call but you end up holding for the longest time. At this point i have given up any hope of getting my money. I seriously feel ****med
