Urgent Complaint Regarding School Account Issues
Dear Hello Peter Team,
I am writing to express my frustration with Sparks School regarding my children’s recent removal from classes due to an overdue account. I have paid half of the amount and requested to settle the remaining balance by the end of October, but it has been over a week with no response from the school.
Despite reaching out to the Managing Director and other senior staff, my concerns have been ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially as my children are missing crucial schoolwork in term four.
I urge you to look into this matter. The school's failure to communicate effectively is impacting my children's education.
