Unresolved Billing Issue Despite Contract Termination

I initially intended to register my daughter at their school and paid one month’s school fees in December. However, in January, my daughter did not attend the school, and I promptly reached out to cancel the contract. The school sent me a termination and transfer letter, clearly stating that nothing was owed or due at that time.

It’s now November, and I am still receiving statements claiming I owe two months' worth of school fees. Despite emailing the accounts department multiple times and providing proof of the termination agreement, my emails have been ignored, and the issue remains unresolved.
