Unreasonable Financial Exclusion of Learners Despite Resumed Payments – SPARK Centurion

I am disappointed with how SPARK Centurion has handled my family's financial difficulties. After a period of unemployment, I have secured employment and we have resumed payments towards the outstanding school fees. We have never intentionally avoided our financial responsibilities and remain willing to settle the arrears but within a reasonable time , not full amount.

Despite our circumstances being explained and payments resuming, SPARK is insisting on full settlement of the arrears and has instructed us to collect our children from school, with only about three months remaining in the academic year.

I acknowledge the outstanding debt, but I find this approach inconsiderate given that we are actively trying to recover financially and meet our obligations. I believe a reasonable arrangement could allow the children to complete the academic year and receive their final reports while we continue addressing the arrears.

I request that SPARK management urgently reconsider this decision, allow the children to complete the school year, and engage with us on a realistic way forward.
