******** termination of contract

I registered my child at Sparks in 2015 and was paying the fees directly until the dad whom im not with anymore jumped in and arranged to pay the school directly. In 2017 the dad decided to out his other 2 children at the same school but in Maboneng which was not discussed with me.

Now last year late i get an emailsaying they are terminating my childs contract because the father is in arrears with his other 2 children.

Accounts however called me to discuss this and left me an impression that all was well.

Now when everyone else is collecting dismissals plackards the school informs me that there is no plackard for my child as the school has terminated her. The date is the 10th nd the father has already agreed to pull out his other children and settle the debt. Spark however is standing its ground on termination. I can't even seperate my daughter's account so i can help resolve the matter because Spark accounts allocated the funds so badly and it affected my daughter who is not supposed to be in arrears. Now she has no school and Im sitting here losing my mind not knowing what to do next while my child is constantly crying and wanting to go to school.I need this resolved nobody has called me since and im waiting . Besides which contract was cancelled as i didn't sign any contract for3 children but for 1? Why was i led to believe the matter was sorted? I am so hurt and disappointed as i really loved this school. I neec this fix my vhild can't suffet due to the accounts department incompetence
