Unhappy with the service

Taking your child to Sparks School is a waste, experience I had with Sparks Carlswald was bad. Since the beginning of the year they have been putting me under pressure to take my child to the Educational Psychologist because she was not performing well in Literacy, I paid a lot of money for that, when the Psychologist try to contact the teachers they were unavailable. I came back with the report from the Psychologist and go to the school to update the teachers and also emailed them however, nothing was implemented and they say I did not email them. I emailed and called the Principal (Malehlogonolo Nthinya) about my concerns she never rep****. Now my child got 43% in Literacy and they say she should repeat the grade. I wasted my money on school fees and Educational Psychologists. I will advise parents not to be ******* and take their kids for Psychology, their teachers are just lazy. My child will not go to Sparks school.
