Unfair Treatment To My Son

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of support provided to my son, Lesedi Moalusi who is a student at spark school randburg york campus. Despite repeated notifications from teachers across all grades about his handwriting difficulties, we have not received adequate assistance to address this issue.we were only informed specifically this year in July the we should have app**** for the scribe to which we have requested for a scribe to help alleviate the challenges my son faces due to his handwriting problems. However, this request has been met with inaction, and my son continues to struggle. This lack of support is not only affecting his academic performance but also taking a toll on his mental well-being and self-esteem.As a parent, it is distressing to see my child struggle with writing due to circumstances beyond his control. I urge you to investigate this matter and take immediate action to provide the necessary support and accommodations for my son.I have tried the Gauteng Department of Education for assistance as well but my request is falling on deaf ears I would appreciate it if someone would please yield my plea, As it stands my son is writing preliminary exams and has reported that out of 4 sections of his English exam written on 22 August 2025 ,He could only write 2 Sections due to time as he is putting too much focus on improving his hand writing which slows him down,May you please find it in your hearts to discuss this matter further and explore options for providing my son with the assistance he needs.
