********* and ********** institution that should not operate.

I had my sister attend Spark for two years (2018 and 2019). We had every intention to continue with the school as we had no issues with it, but as life would have it, circumstances changed and I was not able to take my sister to Spark in 2020. I informed them in December 2019 that my sister would not be returning to their school, and according to their contract, termination happens automatically at the end of a curriculum. This would mean that the end of a year also marks the end of a curriculum.

I was shocked to hear that I would still be liable for 3 months worth of school fees for 2020 for a child who’s never set foot on their premises. I was expected to anticipate that I would need to pull out of the school three months prior (something completely out of my control). I have a statement that’s sent to me that has now accumulated interest because I have not paid because I told them I’d not be able to. The worst part has been the fact that I could not get through to their finance/accounts department. They don’t answer phones or reply to emails.

I am thinking of taking this to twitter and have them drag these *******. This is ********* and I think Panyaza Lisufi should know the kind of ******ion that this ********* institution subjects hard working people to.
