Unconstitutional and money making **** of a school

Spark school won't refund me my January 2020 school fees and yet my son does not attend school there.the once off R550 is understandable however I want my January fees back.what sparkschools is doing is unconstitutional and *******. I'm going to take this up with consumer protection and the ombudsman.How does spark school explain holding back and refusal of money for a child who does not even attend their school,I have them more than a terms notice and have made peace with the R550 non refundable fee which is also unfair as it's my hard earn money and they are just in a business of exploitation.With the amount of unhappiness and complaints about sparkschools I would never ever give them a second glance, clearly for them this is a business and taking from parents and clearly not caring about reasons for unenrolments. Im really ****ed off with sparkschools and all I want is my money sparkschools needs to be investigated.
