UNACCEPTABLE HIDDEN COSTS

I app**** at the school via email as I had challenges with the system. I called and all documentation including proof of payment was acknowledged. After admission, no policy whatsoever was emailed to me, only newsletters going forward. My baby was doing grade 6 last year, till December and all fees are settled. I am now taking her to another school and now being told to pay termination fees, there is nowhere that was indicated initially when I enrolled. I did not terminate in the middle of the year. I need proof of either my original signed documentation or online acceptance of such unreasonable fees.
