Unacceptable delays on transfer letters

I am extremely disappointed with the administration at Spark Schools My experience with requesting a transfer letter has been nothing short of frustrating. The process, which should be straightforward, has been unnecessarily delayed for days without clear communication or valid reasons. This inefficiency has caused significant inconvenience for my family and affected my child’s education.

I have exhausted my airtime trying to contact the administration and waited to be assisted, the guy I spoke to promised to call me back and I have been waiting .

They only prioritise onboarding and when they demand fees. I urge the administration to take responsibility, streamline their processes, and prioritize students’ needs. Parents entrust schools with their children’s futures—such negligence is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this school to anyone who values efficiency and accountability.
