Tuition Fee Refund ****

11/07/2023 I registered and enrolled my daughter for grade 1 for 2024 at Spark Weltevreden and paid R3580 (750 application fee (non refundable) first month tuition fee R2830(this was not stipulated as non refundable on an email I received). 23/10/2023 (12:10),I emailed Spark School that my daughter who is not a scholar yet at the school is no longer coming to Weltevreden Spark in 2024 for Grade 1 as she has been accepted to a GDE school to kindly refund me the R2830. Their response is that I am not illegible for a refund. I then asked them to invoice me for services not rendered they told me that their accounts department can only invoice me in January 2024 is this even ethical?

I need that money to school uniform for next year. This is pure daylight ******* as I have not gotten my refund nor have I received an invoice for a child that has not even set foot at the Spark school.

I would understand if she is attending Spark now and leaving before term ends that makes sense.

Can Someone at Rosebank head office contact me with this regard as my emails are now being ignored.

So where is my money going to if services was not rendered?
